Keep what works. Change what gets in the way.

Replacing a bath can create a more practical shower area, but it is worth considering the whole room before choosing products. The available width, doorway, toilet and basin positions all affect how easily the space can be used. Your preferences and daily routine should guide the plan.

Walk-in does not always mean step-free.

A walk-in shower may still have a raised tray. If entry height is the reason for changing your bath, make that requirement clear at the outset. A low-profile tray or level-access wet-room design may be considered depending on the existing floor, drainage and room layout. We assess suitability before agreeing the specification.

More than removing the bath.

The proposal should address the existing pipework, the new shower area, waterproofing and the wall or floor finishes exposed when the bath is removed. The chosen screen, controls and any seating or rails also need to work together. If electrical changes are needed, these must be identified within the scope and price.

Supply and installation in one project.

We source the agreed materials and products and manage the installation. You do not need to purchase a complete list of fittings before speaking to us. Start with the changes you want, any preferred finishes and the budget you are considering; the product selection can follow the room assessment.

A partial change or a complete renovation?

Some homes suit a focused conversion; others benefit from changing the wider layout and finishes at the same time. Existing tiles, drainage access and the condition of the room influence the options. We discuss the proposed extent of work so you can judge the scope before committing.

Cost, timing and the only bathroom.

The price and programme depend on the work required, so we do not assume a conversion will have the same cost or duration as a complete refurbishment. The programme depends on the agreed scope and the condition of the room. Tell us if it is your only bathroom so disruption and access can be discussed before the work is booked.

Arrange the next conversation.

We assess coverage by postcode for bathroom projects across the Oxford–North London corridor. Email us or request a callback with a brief description of your plans. If you are organising the work for a family member, their input will help shape a room they feel comfortable using.
