Bespoke Bathrooms
Business and privacy information
Updated 2 November 2026.
Avent operates Bespoke Bathrooms, providing complete supply and installation of bathrooms, wet rooms and bath-to-shower conversions across selected areas from Oxford to North London. Business correspondence: 11 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London. Contact hello@bespoke-bathrooms.com about your project or your enquiry information.
Information you provide
Our callback form requires your name, telephone number, project postcode and bathroom requirement. Budget, timing, email and further details are optional. Please do not include medical information.
How we use your enquiry
We use your details to respond, discuss your requirements and take steps towards a quotation or installation at your request. Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed appointment, an instant quotation or a marketing subscription. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are saved in our website database hosted by Hostinger. Email notifications are delivered to our business inbox using Apple iCloud Mail. These providers process information to operate the website and email service. We use password-protected administration and restrict access to the people handling your enquiry.
How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not become jobs, we retain the enquiry for up to 12 months, then delete it. If you become a customer, quotation, contract and job records are handled separately; we will explain the relevant retention arrangements when preparing your contract.
Your information
You can contact hello@bespoke-bathrooms.com to ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how it is used. We will consider your request and explain any records that need to be retained. You can also raise a data protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Optional advertising measurement
On our wet-room landing page, optional Meta Pixel measurement helps us understand which Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to enquiries. It is off unless you accept optional measurement. You can use the page and send an enquiry without accepting.
If you accept, Meta receives a page-visit event and, after a callback request is successfully saved, a standard enquiry event. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page information and cookie identifiers. We do not map your name, telephone number, email, postcode, budget, project answers or enquiry reference into these events. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are disabled. We do not upload the enquiry database to Meta through this setup.
Your choice is remembered in a first-party browser preference for up to 180 days. Meta may set advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc after acceptance; see Meta’s cookie policy for how Meta uses information and its cookie arrangements. Meta’s information use is also explained in its privacy policy.
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of the wet-room landing page to change your choice, or Turn off ad measurement to withdraw it. Withdrawal stops future measurement events from this page and attempts to remove its first-party Meta cookies; it does not undo information already sent. We do not send earlier unconsented enquiries when you later accept.
